This privacy policy applies to the Sunkissed Skin app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Dokkodo Holding LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application, the operating system you use on your mobile device
• Photos you take for skin analysis (processed locally and not stored permanently)
• Usage patterns and app interaction data

AI and Data Processing

The Application uses Google's Gemini AI technology to analyze your skin photos. Important details about this processing:

• Photos are processed to provide skin analysis and recommendations
• Image data is not permanently stored on our servers
• Analysis results are stored locally on your device
• No personal photos are shared with third parties

Data Storage

The Application stores user data both locally and in the cloud:

• Local Storage: Photos, analysis results, and routine data are primarily stored on your device
• Cloud Storage: Firebase is used for syncing preferences and anonymous usage analytics
• Offline Functionality: Most features work offline to protect your privacy

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to external services. The Application uses third party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data:

• Google Firebase: For analytics and app performance monitoring
• Google AI (Gemini): For skin analysis (images processed, not stored)
• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases

Data Retention Policy

We retain different types of data for varying periods:

• Photos: Not permanently retained; processed and discarded
• Analysis Results: Stored locally on your device indefinitely
• Usage Analytics: Anonymized data retained for up to 2 years
• Account Data: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. The Application is not intended for use by children under 13.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We implement several security measures:

• Local data encryption on your device
