Subscription Terms

Sunkissed Skin offers subscription-based access to premium features:

• Free Trial: 7-day free trial available for new users
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the current period ends
• Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your Apple App Store account settings
• Refunds: Managed according to Apple App Store refund policies

Acceptable Use

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to use it responsibly:

• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Do not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

User Content and Data

AI Technology Limitations

Important limitations of the AI skin analysis feature:
